Job Description:
- Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type, style and related aesthetic concepts.
- Developing design briefs that suit the clients’ purposess.
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
- Presenting creative work, finalized ideas and concepts.
- Working with agency colleagues to devise advertising campaign that meets clients’ brief and budget.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media.
- Required skills: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop.
- Applicant must be independent and under minimum supervision..
- Able to work multiple hours as when required, and meet tight deadlines.

Job Description:
- Support sales team by sending out ad campaigns via email.
- Appointment making for sales colleagues.
- Making follow up calls and support sales process.
- Data finding and researching in order to ensure that the database is up to date.
- Other administrative functions.
Requirements:
- Preferebly candidate with call centre/telemarketing/telesales background.
- Confident and tenacious, and have a professional telephone manner.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
- Excellent customer service skills.

Job Description:
- Responsible for sourcing,selecting and negotiating with suppliers.
- Develop and manage supplier data base, including existing and potential supplier.
- Coordinate with suppliers on price,specification, and delivery schedule, return or disposal of materials.
- Generating and processing Purchase Order on time.
- Monitoring on delivery of goods purchased as per date required.
- Ensure proper maintenance of purchasing, documentation, filling and records.
- Knowledge in UBS inventory software is an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- Required skills: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop.
- Preferably Junior Executives with event/exhibition/renovation background.
- Able to communicate with all levels of personals and work under pressure.
- Able to converse weel in English,Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (added advantage).
- Applicant must able to work in BALAKONG.
