VSMS Team Building

Bring it on! That’s the personal rallying cry for our VSMS Team Building 2017 camp. And what an awesome session it was. To overcome our personal “poisons”, and face challenges with a positive attitude, to always be thankful yet not entitled, and above all, how to love and support each other. More than team building, it was about personal growth. From cheering strangers to blindfolded tests, we reflected on the things that held us back and how to always venture forth being better versions of ourselves, and ultimately, how do we serve our clients, our colleagues, and our team better. This is the VSMS way.
